I really wish this wasn’t possible on the Mac. I love the fact that deleting an app from iOS means it’s completely gone.
The macOS sandbox can be incredibly frustrating. The iOS app model is incredibly restrictive. But there hasn’t been any attempt to bridge that gap since the macOS sandbox was released in 2007.
