UPDATE @ 08:25 UTC: Aurora sky watchers in North America should be alert for visual aurora before sunrise. The Bz component of the interplanetary magnetic field (IMF) finally decided to point south. Currently minor (G1) geomagnetic storming continues with a chance for moderate (G2) conditions in the hours ahead.
