The 512K's floppy started exhibiting ejection issues a few days ago. It wasn't like the gear breaking down (I replaced it recently), but rather like it needed grease.

I ignored it, which resulted in a couple of violent failed ejections.

And now it couldn't read anything.

I opened it up and this is what the bottom head looks like.
