我能想到 permanent content + link 的实现就是类似 mirror，但域名也是半绑架状态，最好还是 portal domain + 永久内容链接，比如sia storj skynet 。nostr出现后 relay + noteid 也是一种方案 但relay 域名目前看太脆弱，除非大厂or社区资助永久relay
