I am sticking to a whole-food non-animal diet, and making sure to get a good variety of (whole) foods by using Greger's Daily (baker's) Dozen & Heber's color palette of foods.
I eat modest meals & strictly restrict eating to a window of 8 or 9 hours (around 8:00-9:00 in the morning and stopping by 5:00 in the afternoon).
I had panicked at a 7-day avg of 6.7 mmol/L. The chart below shows current avgs. 5.5 mmol/L (99 mg/dL) is "normal."
