Suits know that the first thing you need to do when you enter a new space is build your reputation. Cory spent a lot of time on this. He built a network of podcasters and media who either already had a good reputation in the space, or built one up with his backing. I don't look at this as a good or bad thing, it's a good strategy. What happens next is where it gets interesting. What do you do when you have built up that trust? It feels like Swan is at that point where the next step in the strategy is being implemented.
