And I feel worst for the flight attendants who are VERY kind and helpful, but have to be because they're the only forward facing customer service left at the airline. So they've been forced into being EXTRA kind to make up for the rest of the airline going to sh't. And I bet they didn't pay them anything extra for their new role as the only face of the company.",
