Fuck Buttons have that one absolutely killer song from their first album ("Sweet Love for Planet Earth") and the rest of their stuff was pretty alright, as I remember. Haven't listened in awhile, might be something worth revisiting one day.
If you like noise, Yellow Swans are really loud, skin-crawling, epilepsy-inducing analog noise. I really dug this album back in the day:
