I liked the towing specs on the VW Touareg, but way out of my price range back when they were new.
Defenders are silly money for something that is a bit dated, but not dated enough!
I have a Skoda Octavia Scout for its 2000kg towing and all wheel drive for off road traction with a trailer. But mostly because it was cheap when we needed a car.
