The more you dive into the woke mind mentality the more you will realize it's like suicide on steroids; keep your mind clean and away from toxic people, stop reading the news, read books or the bible, stop procrastinating, do sports or martial arts, don't lose nights, wake up early and go to the beach or learn Jazz, in 10 years time your mind will be fresh and alive BUT the woke mind will be in a mental institution or depressed as usual - narcissists are a danger to ALL and they can't relate to anything that makes others happy.
