npub1mhv72ezuklca9rx3nyln234ev4yxmekxtx3gsxauda86c9evkmeq0jcqa8 (npub1mhv…cqa8) JXL is indeed a bit smaller storage an WebP, but bad news is my WordPress siite does not want to know anything about it. So I'll need to see if there is some way of it being recognised as a media file format.
Also see Mastodon is refusing to upload JXL, so this is not looking good. I need something that is small size and broadly supported.
I see Mastodon supports AVIF tho.
