there has never yet been a successful revolution in the imperial core, not really, not since the paris commune. There is resistance and that is good but I really do fear that the crumbs offered in combination with massive oppression will always keep people docile enough to prevent radical change. There is a way but it is unprecedented, narrow, risky, and daunting. What gives me hope is that revolutionaries in many successful revolutions often had it much worse in many ways than we do now. Perhaps it will need to get worse before it gets better. I do know that revolution and change elsewhere, outside the imperial core, can force change. It is my hope that the global revolution will eventually reach the imperial core after the empire itself falls.
