Another day. Another chance to succeed.
I try not to tense up in the morning before anything has happened.
It's a problem when a few days go by that didn't exactly go the way I'd hoped. Too many bobbles. Too many drops. A vague sense of "that could have gone better" at the end of the day.
Picking at yesterday like a scab just adds more work to today.
I can't do anything about it except take a deep breath and focus on the moment.
