if you want to be cynical about it, fine: they’ll find that he can be removed from the ballot in Colorado, not that he’s ineligible for the ballot anywhere, and then the GOP will fly into a blind rage and remove Biden from the ballot in Texas, Florida, and the Carolinas. SCOTUS **really** wants to look like it is above this stuff, this is a central concern for Roberts.
