Not very photogenic, but tonight’s dinner was aces at using up some odds and ends. I made a frittata with some herb-roasted baby potatoes from a couple nights ago, a bell pepper that was thinking of going off, some sundried tomatoes that were the tail end of the jar, half a bag of slightly freezer burnt artichoke hearts, and some Boursin a touch past the sell-by date. It was absolutely delicious. #food
