I feel placing a police officer at the stop sign at the intersection of Worgan and Furner STS, or capturing people turning right out of the KFC car park into Botany St, would provide enough revenue in fines to build light rail to Tuggeranong and Lanyon and Belconnen and Molongolo by, say, Christmas.
