Alex Gleason 🐍🚬 (npub1q3s…d26p) is working on making nip05 mandatory, i worked on several solutions to my relays, clients have added blocking features so users can do that themselves, i made a bot to "hit back" and flood reply guy (haven't seen him since, might be a coincidence, though)
Also, several devs where misguided by the emoji guy, since his attacks were personal and directed at a few devs, that made them solve a problem that was not affecting the whole community and ignore the bigger problem (reply guy and emoji guy used different techniques to spam, so blocking one does not necessarily blocks the other).
Anyway, lots of people were working on solutions, so please, don't say only this or that dev was doing something. The whole community is working on the issue.
