Test running my trusty #sourdough brioche recipe with added mashed potato and olive oil both. Going for a bit of a Pompe à l’huile vibe and adding the potato because I have mashed potato leftovers and no spoons to make tangzhong for added softness.
We have a hot dog dinner and movie night planned with our son today. I think it's amazing that our adult kid wants to come watch movies with us, he is the best.❤
