Crazies are those who take an idea to the extreme (usually this means coercion of others) and disagreeing with them makes you their enemy for life. Think SJWs.
Most people tend to agree with them to fit in and showcase they are “moral” and “good”. For example, not saying anything when crazies beat people or throw soup on paintings.
The crazies then feel empowered to do more harm, and it goes to hell before most people realize their mistake.
I think a similar process leads to dictators and tyrannical regimes.
