There will be dedicated relays for the purpose. GitCitadel (nprofile…xkmf) runs relays for what is published to the forrest relay (in the kinds that #alexandria supports), but this is open source so you can spin up your own as anonymously as you can and thus you can publish anything at any time without much in the way of censorship.
