I wouldn't. Genius comes in too many different shapes for me to know at a glance. Some people are a genius in that they know how to do a little bit of everything. Some have a narrow band of talents that they excel with. Others may be genius in way that can't be defined, like spot-on intuition. And appearance never matters in any of it. So nope, I couldn't.
The exception is if someone were actively performing their genius. Then I could recognize it!
