"Intellectual Property" is not property.
It's a monopoly on an idea. A gov't-granted prior restraint on human thought and expression.
I'm all for property rights when that property is real and tangible, with scarcity and nonzero marginal cost of production and has the characteristic that taking it deprives someone else.
NONE of this applies to human ideas. You should not be able to own a thought.
