If I remember correctly the Rick Simpson's Oil is a full spectrum CBD oil often used by fellow cancer victims.
Work can be hard to find but probably harder in the Democrat controlled communist states. Lots of people fled those states during the Covid lockdowns. Hopefully you will find good employment.
