Comparing women who don't want to be traumatized by males in women's restrooms and locker rooms to Jim Crow and Bull Conner is an insult to all women everywhere and black people who suffered under the Jim Crow south. It's shameful and disgusting to black people who survived Jim Crow.
Trans people don't have to drink from a separate water fountain. They don't have to sit at the back of the bus. They are free to travel anywhere. Based on legitimate safety and privacy concerns, women don't want penis in the women's restroom and locker room.
This is bullshit. It doesn't have a damn thing to do with race. Males of any race can use the men's facilities and females of any race can use the women's restroom and locker room.
Women of all races, (Black, Hispanic, Asian) don't want males in women's private spaces.
