I think it is right for any one individual to hold out hope that there are good men among a group if they meet one, two, or three members of the group who are awful. I myself have met quite the number - and I found not one good person among them - so I'm standing a little more firmly on it.
If you've encountered one randomly, then you may have encountered more without realizing it? Perhaps review Evalion's video and keep in mind that you maybe want to see how jews act when they don't really realize you know they're jews.
