If I may ask dumb questions.... how many pounds of meat usually come in a quarter or half share?? What cuts and how much of cuts typically? How much room does it take up ?? (I have a normal top freezer/fridge combo but no seperate deep freezer). I visit longview a few times a year so I am interested
