If people now know they can work for themselves and themselves alone for a small payout of 100K GP per grinding session by flipping their assets on the GE then not only does it take the socializing part of the equation out, it also makes people only want to specialize in doing one specific thing. No need to train up anything else if you aren't part of an organization after all.
