The Holy Martyr Lupos lived during the reign of Emperor Aurelian. He was the servant of Saint Demetrios, and was present at his martyrdom. Taking the Saint’s ring, Lupos went to Thessalonica, and by working miracles in the name of Saint Demetrios, he healed many of their illnesses and drove out unclean spirits. He smashed pagan idols, and for this he was arrested and beheaded.
