Most new laptops don't. Use a Ethernet USB dongle.
You should be able to find one pretty much anywhere in the $14 ball park.
My wife installed Windows 11 Home? a while back *don't ask*.
She had an Ethernet cable and connection but was not allowed to continue with the installation unless she connected to a WiFi and created/used the Microsoft account.
