What client are you using? There is a growing number of them, but please keep in mind that all of them have just started out because the Nostr protocol itself is very new. Unlike centralised networks that have been around for decades, there just hasn't been enough time to reach that kind of maturity, where everything works flawlessly. Please be patient. Try other clients as well.
