The single biggest theoretical flaw in capitalism is that it requires that a business concern not only grow every year, but that it grow *faster* every year. A business is a fine thing on its own, but must be permitted to grow at its own pace, to a size suitable for its environment. There is nothing inherently wrong with reasonable, steady profits from honest work and production, from a business that gets as large as it can sustain but no larger - but that's heresy these days.
