I’d love some advice. My kid arrived back at college for their senior year, head of a language theme house.
When they arrived they found that one roommate had already moved in with a large dog. The school allows emotional support animals but they’re supposed to be confined to the bedroom. This one was crated in the kitchen and obviously had free range of the house.
My kid is dog phobic. The dog owner is unwilling to comply with the rules and the school says they’re powerless. What to do?
