Where the tyres have different treads on the inside vs. outside - from hard and smooth to deep and soft - and through adjustments in camber or inflation the vehicle could adjust where most of its weight is lying.
The closest we have today is vehicles that can adjust tyre pressure (high pressure = low flexure = low losses)
