Schwab’s CIO’s Technical Leader of the Year award. 24 years ago today. I was in year two, leading CIO Dawn Lepore’s Java Object Services initiative. Exciting, heady times! I was promoted to VP Engineering at Schwab a couple weeks later. (Can’t wait to share this year’s highlights in 24 years!)
