I had to swing by #DynamoDonuts on 24th St to try out the Lemon and Szechuan Peppercorn filled donut. It’s delicious. The peppercorns have a citrusy flavor that goes well with the sweet lemon filling. Very subtle though, I was hoping for a bit of tingliness from the hydroxy-alpha-sanshool in the peppercorns.
