The able-bodied [if that is the correct term to use] part of the Olympic Games has come to a close.
The Olympic Games [Paralympics] for people who are athletes and deal with profound disabilities has begun, so IMO, the Olympic Games will not be over until all the athletes in all disciplines have completed their competitions.
