Lambs are on the trailer for their last and first trailer ride in the morning.
Having some slow cooked lamb shanks as my reward. Shanks are seasoned and placed on a bed of mini carrots, slow cooked all day in the crockpot.
The carrots are fantastic, theres something special about root vegetables simmered in fat.
I think lamb shanks are underrated. Forgot to grab a picture before I started smashing it...late night.
