I used half and half,Fontina, and Parmesan for the primary cheeses. mixture of sausage and beef, meirpoix, basil, oregano, bell peppers, thyme Chilli flakes. Chicken stock for the broth. Cooked some lasagna noodles to al dente.
Yeah, probably an actual beshamel next time.
