I've been replaying the video game Prey and have re-upped my theory about hacking difficulties. You have Hacking skill 1-4.
The most difficult is actually 2.
So here's why... you move a little cursor thing through a semi-random maze, with different patterns and some red bumpers that slow you down extra. You go from point A to B and press the letter you see when you arrive. Repeat once per difficulty level.
