I'd prefer if they emailed me PDFs, but that's not an option.\n\nI have to choose between A) paper statements, which require a lot of handling and some resources but are easily archived and allow reasonably fast lookups, and B) getting emailed a notification that I can log into a website and download a PDF, which is somehow even *more* manual and means I can easily fail to get one of the statements.",
