V #BBCAfrica: around 1.5 mill people have been dispalced and at least 341 have died across #Chad since July because of severe flooding caused by heavy rains. UNOCHA says all provinces in Chad affected; Bridges have collapsed, and some areas are only accessible by boat. Last week, 14 students and their teacher died when their school collapsed after heavy rains.
