Lake Beratan is one of Bali’s most famous tourist lakes, both locally and internationally.
This tourist spot is better known as Lake Bratan or Lake Begudul because it is located in the Begudul area.
Lake Beratan is the easternmost natural lake between Lake Buyan and Lake Tamblingan.

Location and How to Get There
Lake Beratan is located on Jalan Raya Candi Kuning in Candikuning Village, Baturiti District, Tabanan Regency.
Moms can start their journey from Kuta. Take Jalan Teater Kuta to Jalan Kuta Raya, then turn right towards Mahendratta, then enter HOS Cokroaminoto.
From there, mums just need to head towards Jalan Raya Sempidi, I Gusti Ngurah Rai-Mengwi, and then turn right onto Jalan I Gustu Ketut Jelantik.
You’ll have to travel about two hours from Kuta as the distance can reach up to 60 km.
When mum departs from I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport, the travel time is the same. It takes about two hours to get to Lake Beratan from the airport.
